Ordering Protocol

From timber to timbre, we build to order, hand-selecting the sustainable woods that will become your guitar. We are a small shop, dedicating individual attention to perfect each instrument.

Your initial, nonrefundable, deposit holds your place in the queue and allows us to source your materials. You will receive an invoice for your second deposit when we begin making sawdust. The second deposit is 50% of your remaining balance. Next, we build and you wait. Patience pays.

Follow the progress of your build on Instagram @midcoastguitars. Your guitar will be in your hands within 12 to 14 weeks of your second deposit. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Warranty

Each guitar has a limited lifetime warranty to its original owner. This warranty does not cover any damage due to extremes in humidity or temperature, alterations or modifications, accidents or improper handling and misuse, and normal wear and tear.

Shipping

Domestic: FedEx, due upon final payment.

International shipping is available.

Local pickup and delivery are available.
